Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed during promotions, sales, or holidays may experience slight processing delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship to customers in the United States.

Estimated delivery time after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on order size and destination.

Shipping Carriers We work with trusted third-party carriers to deliver your order. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Vorex™ is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

Vorex™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. This may change in the future.
