About Our Product Vorex patches are designed to support your wellness journey — including debloating, metabolism, and belly contouring — when used alongside a balanced diet and calorie deficit. They are intended as a complement to a healthy lifestyle, not a standalone weight loss solution. We encourage all customers to set realistic expectations before purchasing.
Returns Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
We do accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned after 30 days
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
